Thought I’d take a minute to pass on some feedback on Cedarport’s service. In a word, it’s excellent.

I called a while ago to ask for help with 2 casement window cranks for our chalet (now about 10 yrs old) and was told a service tech would call me back. Kyle Fluney actually did. We arranged a mutually convenient time to check them out and he showed up on time. The cranks needed to be replaced, were covered by warranty, but had to be ordered. Kyle called when they arrived, again set up a mutually convenient time, and again he and his partner arrived right on time. They made the work look easy and in no time we were back in business. The windows look great and function beautifully.

Service calls can often be frustrating, expensive and huge waste of time. My experience was none of those things. Cedarport is blessed with really pleasant, professional people. I’d have no problem recommending this firm. Cheers.

I thought I'd give you an update on how our new windows are performing.

My thermometer says its 29C outside. Indoors it's 25 and feels cool. As you know the house faces south and at this time of the year I could expect to have the AC on when it is like this. I am writing from the office which normally would be hot even with the blinds closed. We have not received our new window coverings yet, though I have not been uncomfortable at all working at the desk today.

We receive nothing but compliments on the change we made, and I can't wait to see how the windows affect heating in the winter. If it's anything like today, it will lead to some good savings.

Just a note to thank you all for the gorgeous windows that were installed this week. Dave did a super job installing them. Everything was so clean and tidy afterwards...I was expecting to need to vacuum, but there was nothing to clean up! :)

We really appreciate all of the hard work...our experience was over and above what we expected!
